We can construct an open channel with a 3% slope efficiently.
Features ■ Open channels with a 3-degree slope can be constructed with good workability. ■ The width of the channel can be freely selected, and it is possible to widen or narrow the channel at various points along its length. Design Conditions Superimposed Load ・・Q=10 kN/m² Unit Weight of Soil ・・W=18 kN/m³ Internal Friction Angle of Soil ・・Φ=30° Design Standard Strength of Concrete (Product) ・・・・・ σck=30 N/mm² (On-site Cast Part) ・・・・・ σck'=21 N/mm² Allowable Tensile Stress of Reinforcement ・・・・・・・・・・・・ σsa=176 N/mm² ■ The minimum width B of the channel will vary depending on the design conditions. (If lap joints are used for the connecting reinforcement in the on-site cast part, the minimum channel width B will be 2450 mm or more when H=1200.) We will consult separately regarding the minimum channel width. ■ Drainage holes (Φ75, 1 per meter) and drainage outlets (Φ25, 2 per meter) can be installed according to the intended use.
